Primordial Sound Meditation is easily learned in four short sessions. Unless private instruction is requested, Keli teaches most of her Meditation Instruction in an online meeting room group format. These courses are limited in size. We are able to see and speak to each other in my private meeting room - they are intimate and interactive in nature.
