THERAPY FOR THE SOUL

Help isn’t found outside of ourselves; it comes from within. When we find a healer, doctor, teacher or guru to follow, we tend to think they are the ones responsible for our healing and wellbeing — but the fact is we have to become partners and we need to take 100% responsibility for the part we play.

But what if I told you that your wholeness is already there? That you are your own guru, your own hero of your life's story?

Maybe you’ve forgotten how powerful and supported you are, and if that’s the case, I can relate.

Even though we’re born with the power to realize all of our problems are divine portals for richer understanding and growth, we tend to lose ourselves along the way.

I know what that’s like.

Almost 25 years ago, I was working 16-hour days, eating out a lot, and losing touch with my true self, despite having been taught meditation at a young age.

It wasn’t long before my body sent me a wake-up call, and if you’re reading this, maybe you’ve recently had your wake-up call, too.

Ultimately, our fulfillment, healing and joy is never found outside of us. When we are able to awaken to our innate wisdom and resolve our unhealed stories, the awareness of the next steps towards healing and fulfilment become clear.

Unlike other healers and spiritual gurus out there, my dharma is not to become your guru or healer. My role is to inspire change, share essential strategies and hold the space for you to bring light to your darkness, and help you reclaim the power you already have. It is wholeness that becomes whole, awakening that becomes awakened, healing that becomes healed — and it is all there within you. You just need space held for you, learn the proven tools and embody the discipline needed for it to become realized.

The truth is, we come into this world connected to our own innate empowerment, inner voice and intuitive wisdom, but as we age, we’re taught to ignore it. The world instills fear and limiting believes in us at every turn, and it’s my mission to help women remember who they are at their core, release and reframe what is in the way, reclaim their inner guru and become masters of their life story so that they can then pass down this embodied wisdom.

I believe you have to walk your talk if you’re going to inspire people about what’s possible, and this has been huge for me in my journey.

I started meditating when I was six years old at a Transcendental Meditation retreat, and after an off-and-on journey with discovering the power of my true Self, I’m now in a place where I can affirm that I live a consciously, aware, and yes, ever-evolving life.

But much like the rest of the world, I haven't always lived this way. I, too, have had times where I buried my inner voice. After slipping away from my practice in my teens, I set myself on a corporate career path at 17. I worked myself ragged at a corporate job for over 10 years, and of course put myself (and my practice) in the back seat.

When my health started to suffer, I knew I needed a change of direction. After all, the seeds of illness or dis-stress present themselves to us for a reason. Even before we set foot inside a doctor’s office, we already know there is an underlying problem. This is because spirit speaks to us through our bodies — we’ve just forgotten how to listen.

Having been re-certified in Transcendent Meditation, I returned to my practice and started tuning in again to the internal messages of body and spirit awareness. Because of this, I was able to hear clearly what I needed to do in situations that were once clouded.

Shortly thereafter, I left the corporate world. I embarked on a remarkable journey that took me across the globe in search of fulfillment, using my own intuition and deep connection to the Universe as a guide.

I traveled to Italy to learn the fine art of Trompe L’oeil (mural painting) and high-end faux finishing. I later met my husband, and moved to Vancouver Island, where I grew up to raise three beautiful children. I continued to create art as well as owned multiple businesses With my husband - we ran a full-time martial arts facility, and an organic, raw foods restaurant.

Above all though, my children are my greatest accomplishments. They drive and challenge my gift for embodying Truth. Every day, I encourage them to live their purpose and passions, as well as impress upon them the importance of awareness and presence; nothing outside of them (or any of us) will ever be the answer.

The biggest gift you can give yourself (and your family) is the understanding of spiritual truths, connecting to your inner strength, and tapping into Creation itself. I’ve raised my three children with the practice of meditation and presence, and I know what’s possible for other family's out there looking to do the same.

After getting certified as a Primordial Sound Meditation® instructor with well over 2400 hours of personal development/facilitator experience, I’ve created programs that teach individuals how to feel empowered in their lives. I am well-versed in the methods of regaining your true self in a way that can be deeply satisfying and foster more experiences of presence and awareness in your life.

As a certified Primordial Sound Meditation® Instructor with well over 30 years of Transcendent Meditation experience, and many years of coaching experience, I am passionate about helping women all over the globe learn and master the two most essential tools that align you with your soul’s purpose: your essential nature and the truest expression of yourself.

My goal is to hold the space for you to experience the miracles in your life in every moment (miracles are simply something you notice, once we have tended to our inner garden), and because I live this practice, I am confident in the peace and freedom available to you when you strengthen your connection to the essence of who you really are.

Below are some of the more significant trainings as they pertain to my work:

Keli is no stranger to mind, body and spirit awareness. She first started practicing transcendent mantra-based meditation at the age of six, when her mother took her to learn Transcendental Meditation® (TM®), she was re-certified at 25. Keli is a Chopra Center Certified Transcendent Meditation (PSM®) Instructor, Forgiveness Coach and Breathwork facilitator.

Keli's commitment to maintaining her practice has allowed her to raise 3 beautiful children with mindfulness, overcome limiting self-concepts, heal her body of disease, accomplish pain-free childbirth and experience unity consciousness, yet Keli will be the first to attest that the practice is the path not the achievements.

With over 10 years of coaching experience, her goal as a transformational coach is to help women learn and master the three most essential tools that help align you with your soul’s purpose — your essential nature and the truest expression of yourself — all whilst healing and transcending past resentments and stories that have kept you stuck and in pain. It is then that you experience the miracles and fulfillment of life in every moment (especially during life’s inevitable obstacles). Keli is passionate about coaching women, youth and families all over the globe to feel confident, empowered and strong in the way they live their lives.
