What is the cost?
The course is FREE. I feel very passionate about both my full meditation course (Become Unapologetically You) and being able to offer people a way to get started or to deepen their existing practice at no charge. Both courses have the overall basics of the practice in common but are very much stand-alone courses that compliment each other beautifully.
Ultimately, It would be my honour to work with you directly. That said, what I share has the potential to change your life if you implement the practices I teach.

What is the course outline?
Each day for 5 days you will receive an email with a brief overview of that day’s teaching topic, and the self-inquiry questions along with an audio meditation link. All you need to do is read the email, answer the inquiry questions and listen to the meditation once a day for 5 days. Everything should take you 30-40 minutes a day.
The topics we cover are: 1) Conscious Evolving and the Cause of Suffering 2) Integrating the Human Condition 3) The Nature of “Self” 4) The Practice is the Path 5) Qualities of Expanded Consciousness.

Do I need prior meditation experience?
No. This course is designed for all experience levels. There’s information and understanding that everyone will take away, no matter your experience.

What if I have questions?
No problem. I encourage you to ask questions. I’m here to support you. Simply reply to any of my emails and I’ll answer your inquiry.

What if I miss a day?
Life happens AND it is important if we truly want change that we do what is needed to implement the self-care and daily rituals that elicit change. So, first and foremost, be gentle with yourself. If you miss a day, just pick up where you left off and learn to make YOU a priority.

What is required of me?
If there was a requirement during this course it would be the desire for experiencing greater wholeness, grace and ease. It’s also great if you love discovering more about yourself and are ready to show up for YOU each day.
Keli is no stranger to mind, body and spirit awareness. She first started practicing transcendent meditation at the age of six, when her mother took her to learn Transcendental Meditation® (TM®) and was re-certified at the age of 25. Keli is now a Chopra Center Certified Transcendent Meditation (PSM®) Instructor, Forgiveness Coach and AoB Breathwork Facilitator and Mentor.
Keli is the Founder of “The Other Side of Average – Therapy for the Soul” and transformational coach. Her goal is to help conscious women and families learn and master the three most essential tools that help align you with your soul’s purpose — your essential nature and the truest expression of yourself — all whilst healing and transcending past resentments and stories that have kept you stuck and in pain. It is then that you experience the miracles and fulfillment of life in every moment (especially during life’s inevitable obstacles).
Keli’s philosophy is not to become your guru or healer but rather to inspire change, share essential strategies and hold the space for you to bring light to your darkness, and help you reclaim the power you already have.
