No matter how your fear or struggle is expressing itself, whether reactive and angry or shaming and blaming or whether you are frozen and grasping for control, one thing is for certain, it has something to offer you.

In times of chaos, it is essential to develop the skills to find and connect with the peace within.

It's our responsibility, as human beings, to understand what it means to be empowered and reduce fear and stress if we wish to take the best and most suitable action in any situation. Decisions based on overwhelm and fear typically reveal themselves to be of limited benefit to everyone, in hindsight.

Together, we will unravel fear and partake in daily processes that open the door to possibilities, so we can use the current challenge to grow our personal awareness and expand our consciousness.

Please know this series may not be for everyone. It may not be for you if you are unprepared to go beyond your fear or are attached to your limited ways of thinking. Likewise, it may not be for you if you aren't open to questioning your patterns, behaviours, emotions or circumstances.

However, if you're ready to learn practices to help you live in peace and empowerment then it is for you. It's also for you if you’re determined to seek Truth above all else and crave connection, grace and conscious community.

    Learn how to separate your thoughts from emotions in order to find emotional freedom and meet the true underlying need difficult emotions are covering.

  • Day 3 - Reacting Verses Responding

    Understand how to respond versus react so that you can create ease, embody compassion, find positive solutions and sustain healthy relationships.

  • Day 4 - The YOU Beyond Fear

    Learn how to access the you that exists beyond your five senses – you are meant to be equally at home in your expanded awareness as you are in the world of physical reality.

  • Day 5 - The Practice of Calm and The Leadership Principle

    Design a plan of practice that will support your desire for true freedom and ease because there is no magic pill and knowing is not enough.

    Discover who needs to help so you can give of your heart that you both may be set free.

At first, I thought this isn't what I am looking for. However, the exercise possibly proved me wrong. I was able to name my emotion something other than "fear" or "anxiety". Instead of the general term, it became clear what the root of the fear and anxiety was.

I was able to notice very poignantly where certain deep seeded feelings came from. I’ve had simply glimpses before but this program has been really revealing in seeing the specific thoughts and emotions that have defined my character were learned at such a young age through a set of specific experiences. This course has walked me through those in a very enlightening and empowering way.

Keli is no stranger to mind, body and spirit awareness.
